If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Family Footsteps shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days in most cases, delivery at certain times of the year. e.g. Christmas may take longer. In the event of a long delay we will endeavour to notify you accordingly.

We ship Worldwide, however these items will take longer and are dependant on the receiving postal system.
